Doing so in late 2008, with the recession-influenced housing market performing very poorly locally and nationally, was doubly. However a corporate relocation forced our hand, and through a referral, we met Michelle Basmajian, of Weichert Realtors. We hadn’t bought or sold property in almost 20 years, but to our relief, Michelle proved an experienced professional – skilled, savvy, and knowledgeable in the ways of the local market, and the real estate profession, in general.
